To maintain cleanliness and comfort, we kindly ask all guests to remove their shoes upon entering. A designated area near the entrance is available for storing your footwear. This simple rule helps keep the space tidy and enjoyable for everyone.

Our fees are per guest. Kindly inform us if you will have additional guests. Additional guests shall be subject to a fee of P750 each, per night. Only registered guests are allowed. Drivers, Maids or any other companions of guests will be subject to a fee of P750 each

Please conserve resources whenever possible. Guests must turn off lights & the Air-conditioner when not in use.

Bedsheets, blankets & towels left with stains that are beyond that of normal use will be charged to the guest for extra cleaning or replacement fees.

Please disclose to our staff any damages to the building or its contents such as plates, glasses, etc. Appropriate fees shall be billed to the guest through Airbnb's security deposit policy. The same shall apply to missing articles in the house. Damages exceeding the Security Deposit amount shall be billed to the Guest and reported to Airbnb.

Karaoke is strictly prohibited within the property to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests. This rule also helps ensure we respect our neighbors and the tranquility of the area. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in following this policy.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests disrespectful to our Staff.

Fireworks, candles, smoking, or any open flame is strictly prohibited. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and to protect the property from potential fire hazards. We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Please refrain from taking any plant, fruit, plant cuttings or flower without expressed permission form the Host. Replacement fees shall apply for any missing plant.

10PM to 8AM are QUIET HOURS. Please be considerate to our staff and other guests who may be resting. Confetti, Glitter, Party poppers, or anything similar are not allowed or a cleaning fee of P1,000 will be imposed.
